Chancery Court Enbloc - Only 5 of 12 HUDC Left

With another Enbloc of the HUDC estate, there are only 5 that remains. Developers appear to be moping up the HUDC estates as the land for these are rather sizable and redevelopment would be profitable.

The 5 remaining ones are Ivory Heights, Pine Grove, Laguna Park, Braddell View and Lakeview.

In due time, the HUDC development would extinct from the Singapore Property History.
