Singapore Property Price is expected to continue Rising

A recent report by DBS Group dated 16 May 2018 reinforced that Singapore Property Price is expected to continue its surge. As per the report, the average price per square feet (psf) is about SGD1,446 in 2017 and is expected to head for SGD2,908 psf in 2030. In other words, the property price, on the average, is expected to more than double in about 12 years time!

Do note that the average size of homes is expected to shrink from 1,083 sqft to about 840 sqft. As it is right now, it is apparent that home sizes are already shrinking. In time to come, the bigger homes will be rare items!
